To request a tattoo appointment, the form must be filled out accurately and honestly.

I will get back to you within a week or so once I receive your request

I have very limited availability for the fall and winter

I have personal obligations and taking time to recover from a surgery

Due to these limitations, I am being super selective about what projects I take on.

I am not accepting any small & simple tattoos until the new year.

Let’s create something beautiful for you! I am happy to collaborate with you on the design, and I will give you ample opportunities for adjustments and changes. This is your piece, I want you to love it!

Please keep in mind that I do not replicate other artists work, pinterest images, or AI images. I will use your reference images as inspiration and draw the artwork custom for you, in my style.

Before submitting your request, I suggest reviewing my frequently asked questions page. There are some ideas/placements that I will decline tattooing, and explanations of some of my policies.

You must be 18+ to receive a tattoo. Minors cannot be tattooed in the state of California, even with parental consent.
